Bookings

Conditions of Booking:

All tenants are asked to treat the caravan with care and leave it in a clean and tidy condition so that the next visitors can enjoy their holiday. Please report any breakages or problems. We make every effort to provide guests with safe, clean, warm and comfortable accommodation to relax in and enjoy their holiday and we need your co-operation in order to maintain everything to a high standard.

Ample towels are provided for your use and bedding for the the double bed. You will need to provide your own quilt covers, sheets and pillowcases for the twin beds.

Guests are asked not to smoke in the caravan and sorry but no pets are allowed.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, 10am departure time unless arrangements are made otherwise. Estimated arrival time will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Collect keys from either John or Kathy before your departure.

A £50 deposit for each week is required on booking. The deposit is non-returnable should the booking be canceled later, unless the caravan is re-booked at full cost. Cheques should be made payable to K. Bennett.

The balance of the rent must be paid four weeks in advance. We do not send out reminders for this.

Important Note:

The deposit/balance paid will be refunded in case of cancellation if caravan is re-let at full cost, otherwise the amount paid is forfeit. If, for any reason, we should have to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund of all money paid.
