The caravan is situated on the very popular caravan site at Haggerston Castle, Berwick, close to the A1/M1 in North Northumberland. This is an area of outstanding beauty, with unspoiled beaches and nature reserves in close proximity.

The historic town of Berwick with its famous Elizabethan ramparts and local facilities is about three miles away. Lindisfarne or Holy Island as it is also known, is less than ten minutes away and the filmset for two of the Harry Potter films, Alnwick (pronounced Annick) is about twenty minutes drive away.

Just over an hour's drive away is the capital city of Scotland - Edinburgh, famous for the Military Tattoo, Fringe Festival and Christmas Market.
